About Us
United Community Clinic (UCC) is a free health clinic coordinated by medical, nursing, social work, dental, and undergraduate students at the University of Pennsylvania. We are located at the
African Family Health Organization: AFAHO. We draw upon the resources and expertise of this multi-disciplinary group of students to offer medical and social services to the Southwest Philadelphia community.
As a clinic, we believe that health is more than the absence of disease. We collaborate with residents and community partners to understand and address the health needs, both medical and social, of the Southwest Philadelphia neighborhood, with the goal of building a stronger and healthier community.
